Premium Golf Club Rental Agreement
Agreement:
- Lessee acknowledges receipt of the equipment identified below. Lessee also acknowledges that the equipment is leased by Reems Creek Golf Club to Lessee for the purpose for which it was manufactured.
- Lessee shall pay $80 to Reems Creek Golf Club for rental of the equipment.
- Prior to transferring possession of the equipment to Lessee:
- Reems Creek Golf Club shall create a player account with an active credit card in the name of Lessee on file
- Lessee information and Check-Out sections of this document shall be filled out and signed by both parties
- This agreement will be held by Reems Creek Golf Club until equipment is returned
- Lessee shall return the equipment to Reems Creek Golf Club staff immediately following the completion of play. The equipment shall be returned in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear expected and accepted. When returning equipment to Reems Creek Golf Club staff, the Rental Set check-in section of this document shall be filled out and signed by both parties.
- Lessee is responsible for the loss of, or any damage to, the equipment while rented to the Lessee. The credit card “on file” shall be charged and the Lessee shall be notified of any charges. Any tuition damage or replacement charges (actual amount is the discretion of Reems Creek Golf Club):
