STARTING TIME PROCEDURES

Starting times are required year round.  Advanced reservations for groups of 16 or more players may be made up to 6 months in advance.  Individual tee times may be made up to 30 days in advance.  Groups wishing to block starting times I advance will be required to guarantee those with either a credit card or with a deposit.  Your group will be held responsible for payment (both green fee and cart) of any unused tee times that are no cancelled one week prior to play (if your times cannot be resold).

Groups making advance tee times reservations should guarantee their times with a deposit of 25% of the group's green fee and cart charges or hold them with a credit card.  This deposit will be due within 30 days after tee times have been reserved.

REGISTRATION FOR PLAY

We request that all golfers register in the golf shop 20 minutes prior to the assigned starting times.  Payment of charges can be handled with cash, charge cards or master accounts. Group registration can best be expedited when green fee and cart charges are billed to a master account.  (Shot-gun tournaments must use a master account for registration)

GOLF CARTS

90 deg. weather permitting. Carts are required on the course at all times and must remain on the path at all times (no exceptions).  Pull carts and walking are not permitted.  Groups and/or individuals shall be responsible for all damages which occur during cart use.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

Men's and ladies golf clubs are available for rent.  For groups, it will be necessary to reserve rental clubs in advance.

DRESS CODE

Proper attire must be worn on the Reems Creek Golf Club.  Men must wear slacks or shorts and shirts with sleeves and collars (no tee shirts).  Ladies must wear dress or blouse with skirt, slacks or shorts (no halter tops).
No metal spikes!

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

The Reems Creek Golf Club offers a full-service food and bar operation which can meet the needs of groups of any size.  Open daily for lunch, the restaurant offers a delicious selection of soups, sandwiches and salads.  Whether dining inside or outside, our restaurant offers it visitors a relaxed atmosphere and a panoramic view of the golf course and the surrounding mountains.  A private meeting room compliments the restaurant and can accommodate 32 people.
